Gown Collection Photos





























I collect vintage gowns. I have since I was 12. I find that photographing textures and clothing are a strong point for me and I adore these photos. I'm very proud of them. I took them about a year and a half ago at my grandma's house. The lighting in her bedroom is so beautiful in the early evening before the sun sets. I love the way the natural light comes through the white curtains making the perfect glow for the dresses. I hope to continue making photos like these with the rest of my collection and perhaps making prints or a book.

    Those are are beautiful pieces. Do you wear them as everyday wear? I have a few vintage gowns but I am scared to wear them because they are fragile.

    this is probably the best collection i've ever seen! i absolutely love it. the pictures are also beautiful - they have a great neutral color to them. the lighting is very perfect! i like the idea of making prints. definitely continute doing it! :)

    oh wow, those are all so beautiful, I love the blue one, let's see, 22nd photo down? It makes me think of my twin.

    I would definitely a book with these photos. That would be one of the most fantastic coffee table books ever!
